The Forgotten OneA Poem by Tori
Her body felt numb
Frozen and stiff. How could you, Why would you do this? She can't pretend anymore Your words hurt her brain. The tears are falling again, Falling like rain. How could you do this? Why would you lie? Can't you see, She has enough tears in her eyes. She hated herself
The way that she looked. Everyone judged her, Like she was some sort of book. Her heart was beautiful And you destroyed that. With just a few words, Dumb, ugly and fat. She's gone in an instant But you don't shed a tear. You picked a new victim And she's forgotten in a year. © 2013 ToriAuthor's Note
