Destroying A NotebookA Poem by DakotaJ
Destroying
Ripping page after page Silence then rage Day after day Page after Page On which I Had created a cage A creative cage Built on a page Strengthened by age Which I engaged By destroying. Rip. Tear. Shred. Crumple. Toss. Ideas Lost. Ideas I had tossed On a page. A page I did engage By ripping. Doubt did discourage I But now I try To engage the page With a pen And there within An ideal lies.
