Italian Sonnet

Yesterday, destiny entered your heart,
Your soul, and your spirit to help you find
Your way towards an enlightened state of mind,
Framing a life that is state of the art.
Today, destiny challenged you to start
Searching for a path to follow with blind
Ambition, seeing nothing left behind
You, moving forward if you do your part.
Tomorrow, you will create your own map,
Your own compass, and follow your own path
Towards destiny, while closing the gap.
The miles will add up! Once you do the math,
You will find yourself on your final lap,
Circling closer to destiny's strath.
