Black Rose

love is pointless

The world around me

Is so happy

I am crushed

Because of the black rose

It haunts me

 

As he gave it to her I weeped inside

Trying to hide the feeling of my mind

I want to escape to die

why was I so stupid

But still the black rose infects my mind

 

I see nothing but the rose

It is haunting me to the very depts of my soul

Hoping to get back the person that makes me whole

But as I learned the word was just a lie

My friends already told me but I failed to believe

 

That she was like the black rose

She is cold and uncaring

And has left me again for

That guy I used to call my friend

The black rose continues to haunt me

 

But at least now my heart see's clearly.
