From YesterdayA Poem by da_greatWe share all the burdens anyway.
As clouds turn from white to gray
For it carries the burdens of yesterday And as the world engulfed by its shadow Then heavily let out its sorrow Tender as a child, in the deepest corner Quaver as she tags to her mother Her mother's eyes are gray Shivers, "It's okay, it's from yesterday." Fragile as an elder, a foot in her grave Opens her eyes from her sweet nightmares "Who am I anyway?", feeling naive "Surely from yesterday.", she dares Who grieves the most anyway? New buds of today? Curses from yesterday? Alas! We're all big, yet we're small Rains from yesterday, we have it all © 2020 da_greatAuthor's Note
