Infinity Collided

Infinity Collided

A Poem by dackeriah
"

A song about a being who's heart was destroyed. () - Subject to change

"
I've been looking through the trivial things,
Fallen through the instrument of time.
I can reach my goal and not bend,
Through and through the pages I write.

I will lock away all the pain,
privilege to the way that we are.
Breaking through the mold of the past,
swimming in the space of his mind.

Lifting and drifting the higher we fall,
Drowning all alone and we feel so stuck and
yet you and I can't catch up.
Falling in love is a dangerous path,
So I stay grounded and hide from myself
and you found a way to break my shell.

When they found me I knew they weren't done.
I was left there empty and cold,
Limbo stuck these feelings unfurled,
I found no defense for myself,
blue and black so foolish so bold.
Holding up the troubles I have,
Owning up to mistakes I know.

Bleeding, not needing the heart I search for,
callus and cold it's hidden under floors,
still yes you and I, can't catch up.
I found out our love was a dangerous thing
so I left it to the wolves
Now you see where you could have been.

Sometimes what can kill you, will only make you die sooner.
Life is never guaranteed to the living nor the dead,
it is only a gateway to the stronghold of sanctuary,
find out what you are, before it's too late.
