A Poem by dEj

"My Father in Heaven taught me,

as the orchestra of the Universe

plays the symphony of Life,

we are the beautiful notes.

The happiest dance

is when we conduct ourselves

accordingly

in this wonderfilled arrangement."

There is a peaceful assuredness to this poem which I find gives me a sense of peace as well. So you have given a poetic gift and it has been received. I like how you encapsulate so much in so few words...so many do not have such craft and overwork a poem until the reader the loses interest. That is not the case here. Wonderfully written and exquisite verse.

Ummm! Stunning poem: very concise and thoughtful! The number of subliminal images in it is incredible, you use words very efficiently and indeed also poetically! Thumbs up!

There is a calm in your work that is pleasing. It feels like a blessing to read them. Namaste.

A truly beautiful metaphor here, and an important message as well.

I love short poems when so much is expressed with so few words....an exquisite piece, this. It is going straight to my favourites :-)

What an assuredly positive undertaking this is. I would that more thought and lived their lives like this. Thank you. Most uplifting. May the orchestra play on in beauty and sublimity.
Light,
