No Escape

I want to drive away, run away from humanity, reality. But I know there is no escape. The only thing we can do is find the one we love and do what we love. That's the closest we will ever get to escaping, honestly. It's up to you to decide if that's close enough.

At your age, we have all gone through this feeling of wanting to escape from it all. We have all tried to search for our ideals. As you grow older you will learn to take all that life gives your way.
Just a word of advise (even though you haven't asked for it).
I have found life to be a mirror. It gives you back what you give it. If you are good and honest, believe me only good will come your way.

Really enjoyed your poem, the first line where you flick between running/driving and humanity/reality was a highlight for me. I also love that in all your work you don't split up lines or paragraphs, makes it feel truly raw and real. The angst shown at the end with the ambiguity of escape - brilliant!
