CH21:Twilight Castle

Spader Souva

   I was standing on a cloud. Twilight covered the dark castle, creepy and huge. Bigger than one could even imagine. These strange beasts patrolled the grounds. I flew up into the air and circled the castle. Not by myself, I didn't want to do it. I wanted to get back to my feet as soon as possible. Apparently I'm affriad of heights.

   A voice came from no where. "This is Twilight Caslte. See how dark it is? Lookat the soldiers. Guards. That are all dark beasts, vicious, dangerous." I swooped inside the castle. "The layout is a complex web but it has a pattern. I've studied and learned this pattern." I flew through the halls at high speed until I reached a grand chamber. I came face to face with a human-like figure. All black. He had this blue orb in the center of his chest. "This is the Dark King, Merlin. Once he controles your magic and stops time in the hour of twilight, the magic will be stored in the orb at his chest." Everything faded and the world came back. I found the Druid standing in front of me. "If I'm correct, you can get the magic back by running your sword through the orb. But that's not as easy as it seems."

   "What happened?"

   "Nevermind that." He let go of me then turned away for a second, only to turn back. "All we have to do right now is get you to change the time. I'll be your mentor. We won't stop untill you get it down. The fate of mankind lies on your shoulders, Spader." Tell me things that scare me. Try and scare me more than this, that would be pretty hard.
