My Son

My Son

A Poem by Cynthia

Come Home,
back to my arms,
so I can love you,
My baby,
even you were gone,
from my side,
to search for your dreams,
but I won't block you,
just go for yourself,
son,
you always remember,
I will support you,
and I will come,
if you need me

A mother love is forever. My father went to prison a few times. My grandmother every Sunday would visit my father. Your words are true. Love is the easiest gift to give. And given so rarely. A excellent poem.
