Show me what Love is

Show me what Love is

A Chapter by Cynthia

Save my heart

from falling

get me up

from your

lovely fishing rod

don't try to eat me

pet me

I am your love

I can be every where

around you

pet me with love

I will turn

to a bear

when you sleep

have a sweet dream

I will bring you up the moon

when you sleep

I only want to be with you

my love inside

was locked

now

it's opened

you got my key

my heart flew to you

since I saw you

my heart stays

never go away

love you forever

In my world

there's no love

no care

I want you to tell me

how love feels like

and show me

how love is done

I only feel that

when I am besides you

Never leave me

tell me

show me

how love's like

For a non-native english speaker this poem is fantastic, it glows with child-like innocence. well done

I like the feel and the emotion in your words. I like the gentle pace to the poem. Like a soft whisper of a sweet fairy tales. Your words were. I like the many examples of love and comfort used in the poem. A very good ending to a excellent poem.
