Finally i am free

My soul mate can't have died at birth
He must be somewhere here on earth
I know it's not my role to search
the wait will definitely have much worth

I won't be destined to be a celibate soul
Finding a companion is a beautiful goal
My heart is waiting for that call
When finally i can break down each wall

I'll work on me while i await a sign
to finally meet the one I can call mine
So for now i'll leave this rhyme
Until the day we can eternally dine...

Reminds me of my poem 'Loner'. And yes, I understand there are times, one just feels that he or she is made to be alone but its better to get someone late rather than get someone wrong. Nice poetry and all the best for your life.

Wow...simply amazing write. I love the way you started, the first verses were so honest and strong. I have many friends who always seek their soul mates, while being stuck with wrong guys. I always told them value yourself and whoever is born for you will appear in your life. Love feel soul not how you look or what shape your body is...
Keep your options open my friend, life is full of surprises; you never know what happens tomorrow:)
