October 30th, the day before Halloween. This is where it happened. This is when it happened. I was the new kid at the school, they thought it would be fun to do this to me. Not sure if it was my fault. Probably was..

You are invited to my Halloween party!
Bring a costume!

This is what the invitation read.

Not knowing anyone there I thought it would be a great way to make new friends. So I went.

My mother took me shopping for a new Halloween costume. She and I always get into an argument over little things that are pointless and then escalate to huge conflicts that end up getting me grounded or hurt.

On the way home I reach back to grab the plastic shopping bag filled with candies and my costume. Super Women. That is what I picked. Thought I would look a bit powerful to impress the people at the party. Thinking back now.. None of this mattered. Probably made it worst..
