The Real SomethingA Story by Chris Woestenburghttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_wRBJyTExo
There was this particle, you see? Well, I guess you don’t see, because this particle was subatomic. It darted around like those lowly subatomics do, but this particle was special. This subatomic particle was the leader of the subatomics in his sector. You may not think subatomic particles have leaders, but they do. Anyway, this particle dictated the darting of all of the other particles in his area. It was a real something!
Little did it know, however, that it actually was a nothing, and that the real something was much larger than it. The real something was the smoke particle. As it turns out, the aforementioned subatomic particle was only a fragment of the reality that was the smoke particle. This smoke particle ruled over those subatomic particles like a god, floating this way and that in the tedious manner that all smoke particles float. This smoke particle was not just any smoke particle, though. This smoke particle was the mayor of his smoketown. As the mayor of his smoke town, he was allowed floating privileges in all of the most incredibly tedious areas that were available in its smoketown. This was a great honour among the smoke particles. Little did it know, however, that it actually was a nothing, and the real something was much larger than it. The real something was a smoke could. It was created, no, chosen, by the God himself. Blown out of his very lungs! Unlike the lowly smoke particles comprising it, it floated on its own accord. Solitary and free, it whisked away wherever it damn well chose to! But, little did it know, it was nothing, and the real something was much larger than it. The real something was a human being. The human being blew out the smoke cloud, thinking about how awful it must be to be so destined for disintegration. The human blew out its puff of pot, and thought about how important he was. He was the new manager of a gas station! He leaned against the tree, packing another bowl. Little did he know, that he was actually a nothing, and that the real something was much larger than him. The real something was a planet-sized floating brain in space, gifted with all the knowledge of the lowly humans and focused into elevated understanding. This brain was no ordinary brain, though. This brain was head of its class at the Galactic University of World Sized Brains! The black hole that was keeping all the brains in strict, proper gravitation told him that he had real potential. But, little did the brain and the black hole know, they were nothing, and the real something was the universe itself! Dictator of everything, champion of existence! The apex of metaphysical being! This universe was the leader of all universes in his sector. You may not think universes have sectors, but they do. Anyway, this universe dictated the darting of all of the other universes in his area. It was a real something!
