Love Is Not Enough

This story is not about me, this a work made by my imaginations as I foresee my future being in a relationship.

I was in love with a man who is busy enough to make our relationship stronger. He is a person who is important to the society, he always brags about it, and I think it's a cute side of him.
I've dated several guys way back in high school and college but he is so different. The first time time I've laid my eyes to him, I saw my future along with our kids. That's so imaginative of me, but I really did! The way he smiles, the way he talks, the way he even breathes made me the happiest person around the world. Everything about him made me fall for him even more.

I thought my life wouldn't get any better. Until one day, he knelt on the ground showed me a wonderful ring. I was so shocked, our relationship that I thought would fall apart because of the short period of time we have spent together. But I was so wrong, love is not based on how longer you have been together, how long you have spend the day, doing couple activities and such. It's about understanding each other and making up the holes in your relationship by trust and sincerity.

Love is not enough, the word itself is not. It composes several things that can build up your relationship to your partner. Accepting your partner's flaws is one of them. Love is not for sale, nor it is not only to be received.
You have to feel love in order to give love. Love is not about loving your opposite sex or your partner, but love can be given first by you, to yourself. If you love yourself, surely you can give love to others wholeheartedly.
Everyone, let's fall in love in many ways and make anyone fearless when it comes to love.
