Suit and Tie

Suit and Tie

A Poem by Curtis Shannon
"

Do what they tell you.

"
Suit and tie
Back and forth
Do this; do that
Don't forget your "Yes, Man" Hat.

Thinking outside the box?
That's quite unorthodox
Just do what we say
You might get bonus pay.

How does it feel to be a robot?
Turned from childhood innocence
Into the creature that we made
But you don't notice

Just keep that 9-5 pace
Losing in a never-ending race.
