A Poem by JacobMarloe

skipping along the surface
the surface of the sky
fingertips shatter the serenity
the serenity of the dream
wish you could see
wish you could be
not here
no
not near
no
not me
on winged flight
Morpheus
faulter light invite the night
the night of the end
take me to another plane
where nothing is the same
wish you would know
wish you would go
not show
no
not so
no
not me
back to human form
Phobetor

liken unto Nyx
the sky that fell
she brought us hell
confusion
horror
another sense of being
a falsehood to heaven
said to have been seven
from them it has come
the origin for some
