Good morning 

I yearn to enter into this new day

To meet with You anew 

To see You face to face

To find Your present presence 

To listen to You

Yet I have so many words of my own

And all the episodes from yesterday

The left-over past 

Renew my anxious steps

Restore my paralysing feet 

The waiting has been long
