Lonely Is What I AmA Poem by Carly HoltzmanLonely is what I am, Conceptual is what I breathe. No one can love me Because no one could ever Understand what is in my head. The flashes and blurs and shapes, I can follow the path of light Reflected off the crystal. I see bubbles of energy orbiting, Even I don’t know What to make of them. It. Me. Movement is captured But you’ll never be there. I move. I spin. I resist anything that Tries to hold me No one can catch me. No one can love me. © 2014 Carly Holtzman |
