I am

I am

A Poem by CRZ

She stands there. Thinking , wishing , hoping. Now she knows.

The man stands in front of her. A robust cunning smile towards her.

She, strong as a lion chewing its prey, her heart pounding, voice quivering. Shouts!

She realizes her potential as an offensive and wary equal to the man with the cunning smile! Shouts
"Bring it on!'

With very simple words, with minimal efforts, you expressed a great deal in this write. I enjoyed it. :)

You created such contrast in so few lines and allowed the power of using minimal words to guide the reader in so many different directions. I love this poem's ambiguity and boldness, pure genius!

There is something to be said about theability of saying a lot with very little. You did it here! Well done!

Intense with an ending of misdirection. This painted a dark scene at the beginning and now I'm contemplating the final line.
