Old Love, New Love

Old Love, New Love

A Poem by CrystalBluePersuasion

My mind is reelin'
off the ceiling
Cant stop thinkin'
'bout what might have been

Never thought I'd be thinkin'
'bout what could be
What could still be
after all this time

Thought I'd lost you for good
Not sure if I should...
let you in again
what if I lose you again?

I must see you soon.
Playing it over and over in my head
how it will go
I have to know...
I just have to know

Your voice, your face
still send my soul a flyin
I can't let you go again
without first tryin...
Re-tryin....

Am I just a fool?
Color me crazy...

But this feelin' I cant deny
or explain
Feel just like that girl again
That teenage girl that fell in love
for the first time

Never thought I'd see you again
This is so scary
If I let you in
will you leave again

Should I let you in?
Should I let you in?

I wish someone would feel this way about me. This was really beautiful and vulnerable. I have a new favorite.
