Sad Rag Girl

forever heart broken,

for only a token.

no way to know the outcome,

just wanted some love.

little sad rag girl,

feelings fussed about with,

never not naive with her words.  

innocent little thing stand up for yourself,

darling,

no one else will do it for you.

he yells at you with such hatred,

she ignores you without a thought,

they are not worth your time.

don’t be put off by their

lack of affection,

sense of aggravation,

hurt of emotional friction.

keep searching like a

spare key you lost for your heart.

leave as soon as you can,

don’t get locked

in the city

that steals dreams

of the ambitious.

I like your poem because it basically focuses on emotion and how the sad little girl can’t pull her emotions out. I think this poem has to do with the fact that you can’t lock yourself down. Well this is what I think the poem is about. But overall, I think this poem has a lot of meaning and you should write more poems in this type of theme because you are good at it.
