![]() This Singular Night - Debate via prose or poetry prompt - carl - missouriA Poem by carl![]() truly a life changing moment![]() Overwhelmed by the glorious sight- of myriad blazing stars filling the sky, horizon to horizon on the blackest of nights. Immediately in the moment I understood that earlier dark night filled only with doubt and many fearful questions- all unanswered until now. “What about me, I had cried, where do I go? All the others have destinations but I alone am left in this place where I can no longer stay and yet I have no other place to go.” For many years there had been no answer until this singular night. Filled with complete serenity I realized, here is a time and place unknown to me- one only you could see. This is the place made by you, and the way I had come was needed too. © 2025 carlReviews
