Balancing Act

not sure but I think it's related to moderation in all things

Balancing Act:

What’s good for one is needed for the other

if your unwilling don’t even bother-

the law of the balance just will not be upset

if you haven’t tried it you might yet.

It’s that old thing about the goose and gander

even if not said any grander 

it’s like two dogs fighting for supremacy 

just simple as that you see.

Tit for this and tat for that is a necessary act

a hard written rule in fact

there to prevent lopsidedness you see

and maintain a desired harmony.

even this part alone is enough to think and talk. I started to question my life, yes you are right. Even if I don’t do something, someone else will, right? Balance. There is always a balance in life, and just because it doesn’t always happen in my life doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen in the entire universe. Even my imbalance is actually in balance.
This definitely made me look at the events in my life and my actions differently.

Indeed, balance and moderation are related. When extremes pertain, things get out of balance, which will sooner or later lead to some kind of malfunction. A good example is our national debt, which has risen to over 36 trillion dollars. If we don't deal with it, the chickens will come home to roost, and we will suffer.

Yes Carl. I found out at an early age never to play on the seesaw with the bricklayers son who insists on taking a hod full of them everywhere with him!
If we didn't have balance, everyone would be running around doing and saying whatever they wanted and we all know only presidents and their Muskateers can do that, else we'd all be living in the most lopsided playback ever.
I'm guessing boylth of them were never that keen on the naughty step or thar phrase that began "well, if you can't play nice....(I honestly never heard anyone finish that sentence so just assume it finished with "well don't play at all!")

Ah yes balance is a law of the universe for every action there is a comeserate reaction and only entropy will intervene. A write that contains more power than is initially evident on the surface.
