THE ARRIVAL

THE ARRIVAL

A Poem by Crusaderscross

Whispering scent of black earth
Fleeing towards the begone

Feeling the trembling fears
Always present when the pain is gone

Bewitched by everlasting happiness
But never completely safe

From the darkened sky comes death
No pity is offered

Cold shivers engulf the space
There is no here

There is no more me

Beautiful. Loved the ending. I like it how you say that just when everything seems alright, the comes the disaster. Short but a really inspirational poem.
