Something simple about a decade old friendship involving a man that never could understand why I didn't feel the same about him as he did me.

 

 

 

My heart can’t seem to love you,

But wants to sincerely thank yours,

For loving the way you do.

 

I’m sorry I can’t be your wife,

But I don’t want to love you,

For the rest of my life.
