Grey Wall...

Grey Wall...

A Poem by Crimson_Woad

Grey Wall...

grey wall beside me
night forming on my head
the stimuli is so little
i may as well be dead

cars going to and fro
where those prying eyes stare
i am in my own quiet world
as if i couldn't care

plants growing by my feet
throught cracks in the cement
all alone, all the time
need a place where to vent

green, grey, maroon colours
illusions from my brain
inconsiderate derailment
just to hide the shame

lights are slowly turning on
as if afraid of the night
yet my mind is other places
they are just not in plain sight
