Brain vomit (2)A Poem by Cricketthe doubts of a seventeen year old whose brain is too old
certain. too certain does he ever doubt? is he ever scared? he doesn't let on much but his slow grin speaks volumes. "i think you know what it means" inspirational quotes laud that "leap of faith" but what if that's just dumb? what if really, your toes just peek over the edge of whatever it is one leaps from and are terrified of the drop? what if really, the vertigo is too much makes your eyesight turn f*****g cartwheels and your acids churn and your head inflate with helium? what if it's not about leaping? what if its about inching along? cautious? bet that didn't occur to juliet.
some girl i am, some lover. the sex appeal of a doubting thomas was never so apparent as this.
