Jacob's Heart

Jacob's Heart

A Poem by Crystalbluepersuasion

you come to me in my dreams
a fragile, broken soul.
I cry out for your pain.
Where did you go?

Are your tears being stuffed down deep inside?
Being taught to play a game in which they must hide?

Don't talk about your feelings
Sissy, p***y, cry baby.
Don't you know how to be a boy?
You better dry it up and stand like a man.

Stripped of you, all that remains
are robot parts.
Learning to mask the pain
will prove lethal to your heart.
