Three Items Writing Exercise

I saw a lesson for writing prompts and thought I would give it a try! It's short and definitely not something special. I would love some feedback!

Two gilded mirrors sit upon my wooden vanity. Their frames are intricately detailed in faux gold and the borders meet at a sharp angle on each corner. Each mirror reflects its surroundings flawlessly, capturing the true beauty of the simple room.
A pair of tan wedge heeled shoes are placed on a shoe rack that matches my dark vanity. The shoes have playful, leather fringe that falls down the side and sways with each step you take. With a peep toe opening but fully closed on the top, they are suitable for any season.
The strand of white Christmas lights that are positioned above my bed illuminate a warm glow. They are laid carefully among two tacks position at the same height but feet apart so that the lights droop in a delicate way in the middle. They produce a beautiful, almost gold-like light that makes my bedroom a relaxing sanctuary.

I welcome all criticism. My main focus on strengthening my writing is detail at this moment, so comment and critique with tips all you want!
