Afterschool

Afterschool

A Poem by Jennifer Cullum
"

It just describes me afterschool

"
She lets out a sigh and combs her hair back from the wind
As she finally meets another school days end
She pulls out her journal as she takes a seat
Puts her pen to the paper to let her thoughts flow free

I got the vision of a juice container coming home from school, taking off it's lid letting that fresh seal pop sound, letting off the days pressures and then turning itself over and pour juice into a cup with the word journal written on it.

Simple and fluid. Thanks for sharing!
