Not perfect

Not perfect

A Poem by Audrey Joanne

I am not a perfect woman,
Fancy not chanel bags
Wear not glossy gloss

I am not a perfect woman
long legs I don't own
skinny I am not

I am clumsy, dumb and naive
I still dream of little fairies
I still linger in kids stores

While other girls walk with grace,
I took a step and fell right on my face
While other girls laugh cautiously,
I stare at you and laugh propitiously.

I am not a perfect woman,
Fancy not expensive dinners
wear not glamorous dress

I am just a perfect me,
and I wish you could see that
