Pure Heart

The stars align
And the sun shines 
As a flower blooms to life
With dreams so big 
And eyes so bright
A heart full of love
With the willingness to survive
She walks the earth
To touch the sky 
Trying to fly
Pulled down by the weight of life
Battered and bruised
She carries on by
Trying to fly high and one day touch the sky


Caught in the maze 
She lost her way 
But the will in her heart
Shone  on ever so bright
Struggling to escape 
She spreads her light
And brings by many a smiles

On the inside she may cry
But for the world
She puts on a smile
And defies all those who try
To pull her down and try to make her cry
As she lives on by

They strike 
And fight
But she walks on by
Surrounded
By corrupt and evil minds
But, the love inside doesn't die 


Impossible as it may seem 
A day will come
When she will 
Fly
And no man
Would ever question her might
Because all it takes is a beautiful heart and a lovely smile
To face life
And come out on top having beaten the test of time

True by heart
And soul
You will survive
And show the world
What it means to be alive!

Pure intentions run out of this writing to meet and greet a bit foolish even at the risk of naievety. But that is what it takes when you want to soar for your ideals right? Impossible is just a challenge, while the surrounding evil a warning , the labirynth of life the journey and how wouldn't she feel pressed and pressured. But as she feels alive she has nothing to fear and the struggle will continue in the hope to one day fly.

Or you could take the cynical route and suggest the formation of ideals through psychological suggestion, boiling down the human spirit to nothing more than a system of toleration to stressors; albeit fatalistic provides sound reasoning, and thus fully explains the complex, "contingency" to why bad things happen to good people, and that this character is only described with the will to fly forever bound, and this is what defines her."Trying to fly high and one day touch the sky" is passed by a multitude of hardships in the first stanza. I think it is great that people still believe in hope in the world: good poem. Nice use of the ends reflecting a positive outlook of each stanza, and good use of flow and form. I may find it fun to throw a monkey wrench in your ideology, but your skill speaks for itself. Please don't bash me for having a different opinion, it just means I care enough about your style to comment. =)
