Girl in the Mirror

Girl in the Mirror

A Poem by Pyrrha Rayn
"

hmm anyone else felt this before?

"

I once met a girl

when I stood looking in

a simple mirror.

She said to me "i wish

that i could create a face.

I'd make the beautiful hypnotic eyes...

not these dead ones.

My features would be sharp

not softened by quited internal screams.

My hair would flow to eternal

lengths waves people could get lost in.

My lips would be soft and

kind protective yet understanding.

I'd be beautiful with no pains."

Then my solom face

returned my blink

nobody had spoken.

Nobody but my

sad tattered heart.
