A place where the buffalo rome

A place where the buffalo rome

A Poem by Annie Hedgepeth
"

a poem about a person who wants a new life in the west

"
                                     Wake me tomorrow maybe never

Until I can be where the buffalo roam

I won't call it home unless it's where the buffalo roam

take me west over yonder where I can make my home

This reminds me of a line I wrote a month ago about a meadow and the matchless king, I was just looking for my notebook where I wrote it down but can't find it, I'm sure it will turn up eventually
