Robin's Winter

Robin's Winter

A Story by Invisible Ink

Seasons changing,
summer takes off
her golden frock,
with autumn following
close behind,
soon to winter,
will give way
leaves crunch under step
and berries grow lonesome
on branches bare
It's time for Robin
to fly south
to warmer climes
and fruits abundant
on their vines
