In The Glow

In The Glow

A Poem by Craig

In the glow,

the white heaven

aura of daylight,

her brown curls turn

golden,

the side-swell of her

breast is highlighted.

In the glow,

the sunbeam cutting

through the sheer

curtains,

sparkle upon her wet

lips,

like a lake on a

summer day.

In the glow,

dawn has broken and

the day shines blindingly

with her sigh,

and her smile,

her heart all a glow

after the first love

we have made.
