The Final Song

The Final Song

A Poem by Craig John Edwards

I write this to you as the dark draws near.

Please don't cry I have nothing fear.

Let me go with peace and grace

And leave the torment that's left upon my face

Nothing left for me here anymore.

And now its time to close theses doors.

Gold fields await there.

And ill meet you here.

The light is has almost gone.

As they play the final song.
