My Promise

This was an assignment for school when we had to write a mission statement to give us a focus, something to strive for. Just thought I'd share it! :)

I don't want my name
Burned into history
Or
Whispered throughout the ages.

 I just want to make
 A difference to those
 Around me now.

No matter how small
The influence,
I just want to make
People smile.
