Take Heed

Take Heed

A Story by Cor
"

Inspired by real life and a quote from a movie/book. The quote addressed the men who stood to face the storm and I wanted to address those who chose to flee.

"
"And, if you so choose, you can turn your back to the storm but that does not make it cease. Take heed, dear coward. Turning your back on the approaching storm not only casts a blind eye to the wreckage that lie in wait but also to those who stood to face it."

Storms were here before Man and will be here after Man ceases to exist. We'd best get used to them since they are on the increase it seems.

This is so timely too with the events going on in Texas. Some there refuse to take heed.
