Re-Do

The third part of the saga of Andre Otherton

         "Ok, the thing is..." the man in the suit stammered. 

        "Just spit it out," Andre demanded.

        "He's under New York City," he said.

        "What?" Andre asked.

        "Yeah he used the suit he made out of your brother's energy to make the suit. Now he has this camp where he does research."        he said.

        "What sort of research?" Andre asked.

        "He researches all kinds of things and he has people who steals equipment and projects from us," he said.

        "So he has other people with him?" Andre asked

        "Yeah, a whole camp full of them," he said. "Is there anything else you want?" he asked.

        "Yeah I want someone to go with me for back up." Andre demanded.

        "Okay but since we are risking one of our men we need something in return," he said.

        "Okay, what do you want?" Andre asked.

        "You bring us David alive," he said

        "Done," Andre said. They escorted Andre into a black armored car. He was seated next to a man who was twenty and pretty fit for his age.

        "I'm Gerald Brown, I'll be helping you capture David," said the man sitting next to Andre, introducing himself to Andre. He noticed that there was no windows in the vehicle. The car drove about one hour before he heard the gun shots of the people fighting in New York. Andre was always depressed when he thought about the war going on in New York. 

        "We're here," said the driver. Andre and Gerald got out and they saw that they were still in woods and all they could see was a small hill.

        "What are we doing here," Andre asked. The man climbed up onto the hill and kicked away some dirt. He pulled off the cover of a manhole. 

        "David is down there,"  he said. " So start climbing,". Andre and Gerald climbed down and after a minute they reached the ground and looked around. They were standing in a big tunnel. Andre heard them close the manhole above. They started walking down the tunnel hoping to find where David is.

        After walking two miles Andre saw five men painted in yellow and orange war paint charging at him and Gerald. He saw they were holding blunt instruments made of legis metal.  Three swarmed him and beat him until he was unconcisous.

        When he woke up he saw he was tied up in a chair next to Gerald, who was also tied up and knocked out. He saw that he was in a rusted tin shed of some kind with David and five of his men in it.

        He looked forward and saw David in a big silver robot battle suit that covered all of his body except his face.

        "So, you really turned my brother into that suit?" Andre asked.

        "Yes and thats not the only thing I'm going to be doing..." he said. Andre didn't hear the rest of it because he was focusing on finding a power that could get him out. All he could find was nail acceleration. He grew his nails sharp and cut the ropes that bind him without anyone noticing. He quickly tackled David to the floor and started punching him in the skull. 

        Andre suddenly felt David's henchmen kicking him and punching him. They knocked him out again. This time when he woke, Gerald was awake and David was standing over the chair he was tied to.  David quickly punched Andre in the head and Andre realized that the suit was made of legis metal. Which means that his brother was burning inside that suit.

        A henchman walked up to Andre.

        "So, how is the mighty hunter going to get out of this one?" he asked.

        "I don't want to get out, I'm exactly where I want to be,"  Andre replied.

        "Oh, really," the henchman said as he made a fist. He tried to quickly punch Andre in the head but Andre ducked his head and the henchman punched another henchman in the stomach. The henchman he punched quickly keeled over clenching his stomach. David than ran up to him and kicked him over in his chair.

A henchmen walked over to and who was lying there. Andre quickly noticed that the henchmen was holding a knife with a green handle. He quickly bit the henchmen's ankle. The henchmen dropped the knife and it fell right besides his right hand. Andre quickly picked it up and cut the ropes. 

        Andre looked at the henchmen he bit and saw he was looking at the blood that Andre drew. As Andre stood up all the henchmen and grabbed his legs and arms. Andre used all his strength to throw the three guys holding his arms and back and threw them through the rusted walls. He punched the guys holding his feet and knocked them out. David charged and punched Andre in the jaw. Andre spitted out the tooth that David knocked out. David than kicked him onto his back.

        Andre than used all his strength to punch David in the nose and broke his nose. David's nose started gushing red blood.

        David lifted his arm straight up to his side and charged at Andre and knocked him over. Andre suddenly saw David standing over him. What caught his eye was the color of David's eye. The left eye was fully green and the right eye was fully purple.

        "Only two will survive," David said. Not in his normal, loud and booming voice but in a more sharp and subtle voice.

        David suddenly shut his eyes and shook his head. His eyes went back to their normal blue color. David lifted his foot and slammed it into his leg and broke it. Andre quickly grabs David's right leg and pulls him off his balance. David falls onto his back.

        David quickly got on his feet again and kicked Andre in the head and broke his nose. Andre got on his feet. David swiftly kicked Andre in the stomach.

        Andre flew through a wall. He saw that the shed he was in fall on David. He than saw other sheds like the one he was and people in light blue jumpsuits walking around with clipboards. Andre saw David coming near and quickly picked up a piece of the shed that could fit in his hand and slashed David's right cheek.        David gave a swift sucked punch to Andre and knocked him out. When Andre woke up he was tied to a chair in a different shed. He saw David standing next to a machine, pressing buttons.

        "What are you doing?" he asked.

        "I am arranging a reunion for you and an old friend of yours," David said.

        "And who would that be?" Andre asked.

        "You're old friend, Jeff" He replied. Andre couldn't believe what he just heard. "The demi god you put in what is left of your home planet, I am sure he is looking forward to seeing you again,"

        A portal opened wide enough so Andre could see inside it. He couldn't see Jeff anywhere. He couldn't even tell if it was David jumped through time and this was before or after he left Jeff there because his planet has been destroyed and empty for Decades. Andre started laughing.

        "What is so funny?" David asked. Andre couldn't answer because he was laughing so hard. David came towards and smacked his left cheek and left a cut.

        "You really don't know anything about elementals, do you?"

David looked confused. "If you get an elemental close to the thing they are made out of it gives them infinite amount of power." David started to realize what he was laughing at. "And guess what my brother is made out of," David looked horrified as he ran to the controls. His run was cut short from him screaming in agonizing pain and he fell to the ground. His body started to vibrate and armor started to glow. There was a big blinding white explosion that blasted Andre through a wall and knocked him out.

        When he woke up the chair he was tied up in was broke. He stood up and saw wave agents arresting the people around him and a big hole in the ceiling that was not there before which is where they probably came from. He than saw the man in the black suit standing over him.

        "How did you know where we were?" Andre asked.

        "That would be me," Gerald replied from behind Andre. Andre being surprised because he didn't think Gerald survived any of the fighting.

        "What happened to you?" Andre asked noticing his whole right arm in a cast.

        "After the shed fell on me I survived minus a broken arm," he replied. "I sneaked away and called for back up,"

        "So where is David?" Andre asked.

        "We don't know, I guess he ran off before we got here, to bad, too. We wanted to test him because of his contact with an elemental" The man in the black suit replied. The man  left Gerald and Andre to look through the camp.

        "In case you were wondering this whole place is called The Integrity Initiative," Gerald said."Its paid for by some unknown source who we can't track,"

        "I don't really care about that," Andre replied. "All I care about is finding David," He looked both ways down the tunnel. One way was blocked off gravel from the ceiling that was brought down by an explosion most likely. The other way was the only possible way for David to escape without being detected by the wave because they came through the ceiling. "I am going down the tunnel to look for him and you can come with me if you want."

        "I am up for that," he replied. They started walking avoiding the wave so they won't get questioned.

        After five miles through the tunnels Andre heard whimpering coming from a side tunnel. He walked down it and came to David laying by a stream of sewer water. The first thing him and Gerald noticed was he no longer had the armor and that his right arm was torn up pretty badly.

        "What happened to his armor?" Gerald asked.

        "My brother self destructed," Andre replied. "He rather die than go through anymore of the pain," he looked at David. "Tore you up pretty bad while he was at it, too." 

        "I will go call for the wave to pick him up," Gerald said. Andre wasn't paying attention, he just walked up to David and kneeled next to him. Gerald walked off to make the call.

        "Look at yourself, David. You're through, you're done." Andre said.

        "I know," David said looking at Andre with a painful look in his eyes. "Kill me, please." Andre looked at him considering the offer.

        "No," Andre finally replied to David's shock. "You are going to have to live through the pain you made my brother go through," he said as a car pulled up to where they were. "He's all yours,"  he said as he walked off hearing David scream behind him.
