Death Don't Have No Mercy

The first chapter of The Andre Otherton

 After months researching where and who the elemental that David was after and his only way to get back to his own universe after his mother brought him to this universe Andre Otherton, the last hunter in the universe finally found out how to get the orb and to celebrate he went to see the latest western, his favorite genre that was released in this universe in the town of Styxville and when he came back to the house he bought that was on a side of a cliff he went to sleep to get enough sleep for tomorrow he will call upon the elemental's orb to send him home after he frees it but was awakened by the sound of cars parking outside the house and he saw David outside, too. 

"Come out Andre and give us the spell to call forth elemental or we will blow up your house with you in it," David commanded.

"How did get away from the cops?" Andre asked

"I made them a deal if could catch the killer of Edwin bardem than I get off scot free," he replied.

“So you betrayed your old leader, huh?”

"So are you going to give up?" David asked

"Never, I’m not going to have you experiment on him after you release him from his prison, I'm going to release him and set him free and me and him are going back to my universe and I will get my powers back," Andre shouted.

"Don't you know what he did?" David asked

"Yes,” Andre replied

"Genocide you wouldn't dare bring them out," David said "So, why this one?" he asked.

"I have my reasons," Andre replied

"Again I'm giving you five seconds and if you don't give up everything I will blow you up," he shouted. Andre started running towards the door hearing David start the countdown. "FIVE," he got to the stairs. "FOUR," he ran down the stairs and got to the ground floor. "Three," his heartbeat got so loud that he couldn't hear the countdown anymore and he ran down the hallway and got to the door and there was an explosion and blew him through the door.

Andre picked himself up and dusted himself off and than he noticed something out of the corner of his eye, it was that shadow he saw before but this time it took a more human form.

A solid white hummer came crashing through the cop cars that were surrounded the now destroyed house. It came to a halt in front of Andre and the robot made of legis metal and one of John Christy’s soliders, George popped his head out of the window. "Get in!!!!" he commanded.

Andre got in the passenger seat and George drove off. "Let me guess," Andre said. “You got to this universe the same way I did; you were teleported here by my mother,".

"Bingo and as soon as there was that big explosion on one of the ships, which I presume that was you I swam to shore and got a job as a mercenary,"

"Actually my mom was the explosion but why are you here?" 

"Well, after I couple of months I heard about this elemental being imprisoned in an orb floating about," he replied. “Than I heard you and David were searching for the elemental, too. Luckily for you I decided to make a deal with you since you don't have your powers in this universe."

"Ok, thanks for the assist and I assume your deal is for us to work together and that's fine as long as you don't hurt the elemental," Andre agreed knowing he needs all the help he can get now that he has no powers.

"Ok, it's a deal than,"

After a mile of driving past construction sites Andre and George heard gunshots coming from behind the car. Andre looked behind and realized that David was following them and than a bullet cam through the back window and hit Andre in the right shoulder.

Driving past a red light and onto a dirt road we drove off a small hill. That’s when Andre and George came face to face with a wall. They crashed into the wall but Andre was surprised to find that neither of them was hurt but than he saw that the car was flipped over so they got out and guys in black body armor with automatic weapons surrounded them. George quickly took out two desert eagles and handed one to Andre and they aimed it at the guys.

"Before you ask, yes I might be crazy but if you take one step closer I will blow your brains out," Andre replied. All of the sudden George quickly punched Andre in the face and knocked him out. When Andre woke up he found out he was tied up and he heard George and David talking.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T GET ANY INFORMATION OUT OF HIM WHEN YOU WERE IN THE CAR WITH HIM," David said. He couldn't see very much because of the gray smoke of the cigarette that David was smoking but he could see that he was in a pale green room with blood smeared everywhere. Andre knew what he had to do. He put all of his weight into his back and made the chair fall onto its back and smashed the chair. David came running towards Andre and grabbed Andre's throat and smashed him against the wall and Andre felt the pressure David was putting on his throat.

Andre wrapped his hands and put his thumbs over David's eyes and David struggled but Andre knew what he had to kill David if he was going to keep the elemental safe and than Andre saw red blood splatter all over his thumbs. David swiftly kicked Andre in the balls and Andre fell to the ground in agony.

Andre swiftly landed an uppercut to David's chin and David fell head first to the ground and Andre saw red blood seeping onto the floor. David suddenly jumped to his feet and Andre couldn't do anything before David quickly punched him. 

Andre fell to the ground and David pulled his hair back. "I'm wondering are you by any going to the death games?".

"I might." 

David pulled Andre to his feet and made him face the black wall and as George heard the gun David pulled out he ran to his side. " I didn't sign up for killing him and I won't stand by as you shot him."

"Oh yeah what are you going to do about it." Andre heard a gunshot and than realized he wasn't dead and looked to the side of him and saw the hole the bullet made in the wall. Andre turned around and realized George had the gun in his hand

"Why did you do that?"

"My orders are to protect your life but they didn't say I can hurt you?"  Before Andre could ask what he meant by that George punched his head and knocked him against the wall. 

Andre grabbed George's head and smashed it against the wall and the legis metal he is made out of smeared with blood and realized he wasn't hurt by legis metal the only thing that could kill him when he was a hunter but not anymore since he is human in this universe. As Andre turned around and David quickly stabbed him in the stomach with a knife. 

Andre quickly punched David with all the strength he could and David stumbled backwards and he quickly pulled the knife out of his stomach and remembered the last time someone stabbed him when he didn't have his powers. Andre looked up from the knife and all he could see was David ramming his shoulder into his face. David kicked Andre's leg and broke which send him to floor in pain.

"How do we summon the elemental's orb?" David demanded punching Andre in the head over and over again.

"That's enough." someone said and Andre realized George was the one who said it as he turned around to see through his blood red soaked eyes George with his hand wrapped around David's fist. David pulled away and grabbed Andre by the neck.

"How do I summon him?" He barked at Andre.

"Go to hell?" Andre said before he saw David's fist punch him and than his own blood splatter everywhere.

George knocked down David and grabbed Andre by the arm and wrapped it around his neck and dragged him out of the room. "Where do you want to go?"

"Any where clear but we need to stop David from making this elemental into a war suit,"  

"How do you know what we want to do?" 

"He told me awhile back,"

They arrived at a car and George smashed his hand into the the dashboard and started the car and they drove to this clearing in the woods. George got out of the car and came around and opened the door for Andre and as he was about to pull him out a shotgun blasted him to ground. 

"Get out!" David said rushing to Andre's said pointing a shotgun to his face.

"I won't let you make this elemental into a war suit," He replied jumping out of the car and punching David square in the face. Andre landed on the ground getting brown dirt all over his face. David grabbed the back of Andre's and lifted him up and slammed him into the ground. David stepped and crushed Andre's leg into the ground. Andre gave an agonizing scream into the woods that were surrounding him.

"OTKIN ADARAB UTAALK" Andre exclaimed finally giving in. A gray orb giving off blinding light came into David and Andre's view. As David was distracted Andre kicked him in the leg and David fell to the ground. David took a knife out of his pocket. "I want you to see what I do to him," he whispered into Andre's ear as he stabbed and nailed his hand into the ground.

Andre reached around and yanked the knife out of his hand and walked over to David.

"Why do you want to save this elemental so much?" David asked.

"Because he's my brother" Andre finally admitted.

"Well that is great and everything but.." David quickly kicked Andre onto his back and quickly ran to the orb. Andre quickly got up and ran to the orb and just as David was about to he touched it too and a big blinding gray light blasted from the orb.
