But for, But for.....A Poem by lee von cleef
Picking up the wood a sliver at a time,
A splinter at a time, Picking up Train switches cords and rattles my ears With a faster rhythm bass, Booming the boxed up girls perched as if in line, Four to a car, The barriers holding us back, But no trains here, Just wire and planes and dreams . But for, But for, the love of a Mom. It is cool you don't know how good you are, Keeps you reaching.... © 2013 lee von cleefAuthor's Note
