Fence climbers
Blue corn flat sour cream chicken enchilada,
With two eggs sunny side up,
Perky......
Pitcher full of Ice
8 limes shades of green yellow scurvy fighters
Agave, clear, Coinertau and his half brother Gran Marnier
Let the pitcher sweat
Conversation
Sea side salty dream
Tan line distraction
Pour it up, eat it up
Logic will fall short of truth
Sometimes......

A feast of contrasting sounds, a cornucopia of cold sharp and broad creamy vowels, with a tactile freshness that is the aural equivalent of a work by the Dutch master Willem Kalf. Little wonder that logic falls short when a poem like this whets the reader's appetite.
