Monday Mourning Collage

A Poem by lee von cleef
"

Pieces on the Fridge, fell to the page.

"
Kung fu making peace with your enemies .
The Irish are the Mexicans of Europe .
Being still and doing nothing,
Are two very different things.
Pass the experience forward.
Mothers are paying dearly for your actions .
A true friend is ?
“They” don’t want Mothers beaten “They” want Mothers broken.
My mother chooses to keep getting up.
The pretty “public side of your crepe”.

Peter Longstreet, “Is it at all relevant who wins ?"

"Will almighty God ask that in the end...? ”

First of all, I think the title for your write is perfect! It captured my attention to want to continue to discover the message of it, and you are so right in that The Irish, and The Mexicans know how to play and how to love their mothers....earthly and their Heavenly Mother, The Blessed Virgin Mary! I too wonder if almighty God shall ask in the end who wins. We are all winners in one way or another! Yes, this message needs to be pasted on many walls!

You have such a way with words, you knit them and knot them into such special pieces. Here you've shown how actions reflect upon the people who least deserve them, how love should light on those wonderful beings called mothers.. how the two are the same, near dishonoured yet venerated. I think.

Words that apparently started life cut apart come inexorably together to form a seamless and well thought out whole. A skill and nothing else but.
