One beat at a rhyme

One beat at a rhyme

A Poem by Count Humilus
"

The sunrise is my minds sunset

My right palm is on fire

Trust over desire

A metaphor for a liar

Night and dim lights

The bark isn’t as bad as the bite

Parisian light nights

Vertical sights

Shelter from unprovoked unrest

Green eyes is the test

Loved her only when she left

Wind at my back makes me feel blessed

Her lies tire

Her laugh has expired

She is fire

She is loveless

My heart keeps beating and I am simply just inspired

ohh how flippant ,the ideas, one pulling the other
mood so down, sunrise is like torment,i loved the night
dim light ,so like unseen i walk and live..oh green eyes
how i am glad you left, felt it in my back, like a rush of air
and i am glad and feel blessed, lies i liked now bore me
your laugh never excite me,you were like fire now so out of love
what variations of thoughts ,and so many stories lovely told
lovely write..
