United Solace

United Solace

A Poem by Count Humilus
"

Silence of me

"

If love was imprisoned,

Would the world notice?

Could things get worse?

Harmony without emotional broken bones, bruises and shattered hearts

Fore if love is locked in the tower then there is only logic

Only paintings of photos

And photos of paintings

Jump after jump into the water below they go

A resistance for the unknown is inevitable

Love is unchained

Uncaged

this world of logic and despair

now a world of romantic bridges, imigination and hope resides in the present

but with someone looking in the river unchanged realizes despair is hope and with it are those paintings of their photographs in the rain dripping acrylic paint on my feet
