Reversul

Reversul

A Poem by Count Humilus
"

Silence of me

"

 Playing my memory backwards

I blow the candle to light

Her tears streaming up her face

She walks back

Sits on my bed

Facing away from me

I stop my thought

I guard my words

I erase my sincerity

I strip this nuisance off my sleeve

Look in my eyes as I stop your breath

I am not mine anymore

Ive misplaced your memory

Heavy eyes

Hard beat

Cold sting

Cut my strings

Scrape my knee

Let me bleed

Let me cry

Hit my face

Break my sanity

Hit my stomach

Distract my pain

Kill my love

Smash my bottle

Smudge my letter

Judge my tears

Trip my words

Slit my ankles

Tear my spirit

Run out of my time

Close your eyes

My voice is your reason

My kiss is my downfall

My blame is my own.

"My kiss is my downfall

Perfect choice of wording.
