A Story by brianna vega

she was at loss of words at that moment.

outside by the car sitting on the curb

the sky was bright

shiny full of stars

that she just out of reach.

another cigarette another breath.

lost in the world of her mind she felt so alone.

she got up from the car unlocked the door wenton inside.

the walls were crowding closing in.

the people were around every where

sufforcating.

she felt so trapped pushed up against the wall.

invisible to none they saw right through.

the air was buzzing thick with voices

she couldnt hear a word they said.

couldnt see a face she knew

she called them by there names

but they saw right through

asking questions

wondering where she went

gone for days

for months for hours

they saw right through

her voice it wavered

how could she answer

lies and lies

they all said lies

she walked down the hall to find some space

but there was bodies everywhere

moving and sweating

dancing rythmically to music that made no sense

and the air was heavy buzzing.
