Ghost

Ghost

A Poem by brianna vega

Lately I've been feeling the world's against me
Each turn each move just seems to deplete me
As I struggle struggle to stay afloat I feel the wind blow against me
Shaking and shivering in the rain
These cold sweats awake me
Bringing me near to death I feel my mind slip away
Fever sweats I sleep through the day
Only to awaken at night
A somber ghost
With no means of communication I become a monster
A shell
A dishivelled appiration.

Wow, I know this feeling as I lose myself. I was touched by your words.

Powerful and painful, the ghost of you feels like the mist of morning that fades in the sunrise. There is an aching here, and from me a hoping that the storms will turn away and that you'll find light again, strength again to rise in. Amazing writing, dear friend.
